Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information
Any sensitive information you provide (such as race or citizenship) is used only to build your education plan and is never sold or shared. You can ask us to limit its use to that purpose.
Access, correct, or delete your data
You have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, and to delete it. Signed-in users can download a copy of their data or request account deletion from your privacy dashboard. You can also make any request — including access, correction, or deletion — by emailing privacy@certihomes.com. We respond to opt-out requests within 15 business days and to access, correction, and deletion requests within 45 days.
We do not discriminate
We will never deny you a service, charge you a different price, or provide a different level or quality of service because you exercised any of these privacy rights.
